AcroYoga

ACROYOGA

Sometimes you just need to turn your world upside down, ask your inner child to come out to play, connect and co-create with another human being without any judgement, feel the energizing and therapeutic power of touch.

Through the innovative practice of AcroYoga you can realize potential and achieve beyond what you previously thought possible.

AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. In classes and workshops you’ll work with many partners, and will work in groups of two or larger, experiencing what is possible when we support and allow ourselves to be supported in community. No partner necessary to join in the fun – and in many cases no prior experience necessary, just a willingness to participate and play.
